Return Policy
Merchandise sold and shipped by Beadsgalore.com may be returned within 90 days of receiving it, if the following requirements are met.
1.Merchandise must be in original condition as received.
2.Bead strands must be complete and intact (strung up).
3.Packaged merchandise must be in original package and unopened.
Items not eligible for returns:
1.Chain by the foot (cannot be returned)
2.Damaged products

Step 1:
Package all merchandise to be returned (Do not seal!)
Step 2:
Add a copy of the invoice into the package (Make sure that your name and phone number are legible!)
Step 3:
Seal your package and send it to:

Note: Buyer is responsible for all return shipping, unless an error is made on our part. If you are processing a return due to an error on our part please call 800-424-9577 before sending. This will assure that you will be issued a credit for the return shipping.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refund credit will be issued to the credit/debit card used to purchase the order. (Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to post to your account.)
