60 Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 60 days of the ship date.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging as received.

Items not eligible for returns:

- Chain by the foot (once it's cut it's sold)

Note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless an error is made on our part. If you are processing a return due to an error on our part please call 800-424-9577 before sending. This will ensure that you are refunded for the return shipping.

Refund credit will be issued to the credit/debit card used to purchase the order. (Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to post to your account.)

*Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

*Paypal refunds may be subject to an extra fee from Paypal. (We have no control over this fee.)

HOW TO SEND A RETURN

Step 1:

Package all merchandise to be returned (Do not seal!)
Note: You choose your preferred shipping service provider.

Step 2:

Add a copy of the invoice into the package (Make sure that your name and phone number are legible!)

Step 3:

Seal your package and send it to:
