Ordering Terms:
We ship worldwide with no minimum ordering requirements; however, we do offer incentives to spend more.

To insure fast shipping we ship items that are immediately available (Some exceptions may occur).
We do our best to keep all of our online items in-stock.
However, because our online store and Tempe, AZ showroom share the same inventory there may be times that items you ordered become unavailable. Read below about back orders.
Back Orders:
Any back ordered/out of stock items will be canceled by default. Your order total will be adjusted accordingly and a list of the out of stock items will be included with your invoice (sent with your package).
If you do not want your order to ship without specific items, please note so in the “special instructions” at checkout. We will hold your entire order for up to 30 days or until the item(s) become available. If the item(s) do not become available within 30 days we will ship your order as is unless you specify otherwise. We will do our best to provide an estimated delivery time on all back-orders.
*YOU WILL NEVER LOSE OUT ON ANY PROMOTIONS DUE TO OUT OF STOCK ITEMS!
We honor all promotions on the original order total.
Example: If your order was $76 which qualified you for a 11% volume discount and free shipping, but drops to $45 due to out of stock items we will still honor the 11% volume discount (on the remaining total) as well as the free shipping.

However on rare occasions the advertised online price may differ from the actual price due to new stock. We will do our best to honor the advertised online price, but if we are unable to match the advertised price we will contact you to see if you would still like to proceed with the order.

However, due to inconsistencies of various display monitors the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product.

Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Sales tax will be applied to all Arizona orders unless an Arizona state resale number is provided (provide in the “special instructions” at checkout). We will manually remove the applied taxes after we verify the resale number is a valid Arizona resale number.
Shipping Terms
Most orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days).
Please allow for additional handling time during high volume periods (Holiday season, sales, etc.).
Orders with selected USPS Priority Mail® are given first priority over USPS First Class Mail® when being shipped.
Customers will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as their order is shipped.
Delivery times listed are only estimates and not guaranteed. International transit may vary depending on customs.
*On rare occasions shipping will have to be upgraded due to weight. If an order is upgraded due to weight an extra charge will occur (We choose the lowest rate available.). *If you qualify for promotional shipping you will not pay this extra fee.
